Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw, Surrey, seeks a Head of Golf Operations to lead the golf operations team and ensure seamless service across arrival, bag drop, driving range and on-course experiences.

You will recruit, train and mentor teams, manage budgets with the Director of Golf, optimise tee sheets and drive revenue, member retention and guest satisfaction.

A PGA certification is preferred but not essential; strong leadership, communication and a passion for golf are required to succeed.
