Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing outstanding customer service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team in our Golf Course Catering units.
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Part‑time
About Us: Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment caters to discerning guests from around the world, offering an unforgettable experience marked by elegance and sophistication.
Responsibilities:
- The preparation and service of all food and beverages in both courses' Halfway Huts.
- Be knowledgeable of all Food & Beverage available in Halfway Huts.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks in a busy golf environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Halfway Huts, including inside and the surrounding outside areas and seating.
- Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Ensure the Halfway House you have been allocated is maintained at the highest possible standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
