Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing outstanding customer service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Assistants at our prestigious establishment.
Position: Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Full-time/Part-time
About Us: Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment caters to discerning guests from around the world, offering an unforgettable experience marked by elegance and sophistication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant facilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
