About Us:

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, including entrances and lobby
- Ensure the safety and security of those on the resort with regular resort walks and safety checks
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- To be versed in the essentials of reception and night audit to aid on the desk if needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
