Responsibilities

  • Organise and prioritise the CEO's workload, providing reminders to ensure issues are followed up and deadlines met
  • Represent the CEO and the company in meetings and over the phone in a personable and professional manner
  • Arrange client/supplier/member meetings, liaising with the same as a key communication channel
  • Managing diary, calls and emails (screening of emails, incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls)
  • Family shareholder admin and liaison
  • Liaising with both Foxhills and Farleigh (our sister property) colleagues
  • The administration relating to our charity 'The Hayton Charitable Trust' and Foxhills Community Camp
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and admin relating to ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a personal assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly organised, reliable and efficient
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, whilst remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills at any level
  • Absolute discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent competence in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word, and reasonable knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
