Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team at our prestigious establishment.
About Us:
Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Nestled in Ottershaw, our establishment caters to discerning guests from around the world, offering an unforgettable experience marked by elegance and sophistication.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the reception team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
- Oversee daily front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Train, mentor, and motivate reception staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards
- Handle guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Cover night shifts when a night auditor is on holiday
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
