Foxhills Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Assistants at our prestigious establishment. Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
