Job Vacancy: Food and Beverage Conference Supervisor at Foxhills Collection

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional and efficient conference and events experiences? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily conference operations; including ensuring rooms and equipment are set up as per function sheets, meeting guests and delegates, replenishing beverages and supplies and being on hand for any assistance.
  • Supervise and motivate the team to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or conference and events environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
