Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival
- Host conferences, including serving of food and beverage requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, including entrances and lobby
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This position requires the candidate to prove their right to work in the UK
