Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the recently refurbished Indian restaurant, Lomri.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and food costing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and exceed guest expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Experience in Indian cuisine is preferred, including cooking techniques, ingredients and recipes
- Culinary qualification from a recognized culinary institution preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
