Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of beverages in our bar
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including cleaning the bar area and clearing tables for the next service
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
- Collaborate with wider restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures
- Verify the age and check the identification of potential customers where required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Cocktail knowledge preferable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
