Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Banqueting Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious establishment.

About Us:

Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment caters to discerning guests from around the world, offering an unforgettable experience marked by elegance and sophistication.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including banquet facilities
  • Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
  • Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
