Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front of house service of Flo's, our bright deli serving dishes of an Aussie influence, perfect for a coffee or bite to eat in close proximity to all our family play spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage restaurant budgets and expenses.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
