Are you passionate about developing and getting the best out of people? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a Learning & Development Manager to coordinate and lead the training and learning activities to support the retention and development of colleagues at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities
- To develop, deliver and drive an ināhouse training programme to include but not limited to induction, health & safety, compliance, duty management software induction, customer service, revenue optimisation and management development courses.
- Take a handāon approach to training soft skills on the shop floor and oversee operations leaders in their technical training support.
- Design and operate a scheme to embed crossādepartment knowledge in frontāofāhouse colleagues.
- Source books and coordinate attendance of externally provided training.
- Assist in the management of apprenticeships and distribution of levy funds.
- Maintain records and provide reports relating to training (re)qualifications, certificates and performance using the HR System (Fourth) to ensure any statutory qualifications are completed by relevant colleagues on a timely basis and evidence recorded as such.
- Lead the health & safety function of both properties including reviewing departmental risk assessments, monitoring food safety and allergen requirements and liaison with departmental managers to ensure adherence to relevant policies and legislation.
- Support managers and the HR team where learning interventions are required in cases of underperformance.
- Support managers in developing documented and robust department inductions and ensure completion.
- Coordinate the appraisal process ensuring all colleagues partake in regular meetings and learning objectives are followed up and carry out the annual performance cycles assisting managers to complete.
- Devise and implement a training plan for star performers at all levels for their future development.
- Support the HR team with HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Learning & Development or Trainer role.
- Expertise in building performance service cultures such as Red Star, LHW or Forbes standards.
- High levels of engagement with acumen for onātheājob training and building a service culture.
- Experienced with the use of any LMS (Learning Management System) such as Flows, Lobster, INK, Highfield, Tipsy, Oracle, etc.
