Are you passionate about fitness and providing exceptional service to all guests? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our leisure facilities and activities.

About Us

Responsibilities
- Assist guests with the use of leisure facilities including fitness centres, swimming pools and racquet courts.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries, providing information on facilities and services and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Assist in the organising and running of pavilion activities.
- Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of leisure facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with organising and promoting leisure activities and events for guests such as fitness classes, tournaments and wellness programmes.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promote leisure facilities and services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leisure, hospitality or fitness environment.
- Passion for health & fitness and providing exceptional service to guests.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests of all ages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- First Aid and/or NPLQ certification preferred.
