Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and providing outstanding customer service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an enthusiastic Golf Sales & Events Supervisor to join our prestigious establishment.

Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and world‑class golf facilities. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment offers an unparalleled golfing experience amidst stunning surroundings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise and motivate the Golf Sales & Events Coordinator in carrying out their duties to the best of their ability whilst maintaining the highest levels of standards, customer service, training and achieving targets.
  • Identify client needs, efficiently handle client queries, and create and send considered proposals within company timeframes and adhering to company standards.
  • Handle bookings for group golf days, residential groups and support the golf reservationist with member events.
  • Assist the Events team with private dining/events, corporate fun days and conferences if business levels require whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service throughout the process.
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with the client throughout the entire booking process and conduct follow‑up telephone calls after a booking has taken place.
  • Compile invoices, chase monies and liaise with the accounts department.
  • Prepare weekly function sheets and liaise with all relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery of all bookings.
  • Prepare menus, table plans and place cards for all functions where required, and assist restaurant managers with functions on the day (meet and greet all guests and set up the function room where applicable).
  • Proactively sell – outreach to new and existing clients, contact former clients and visitors to Foxhills and keep connected with existing clients to promote good rapport.
  • Assist and conduct show rounds and client entertaining where required and represent Foxhills at off‑site exhibitions and trade shows where required.
  • Assist the Revenue & Events Manager in developing and maintaining agent relationships and agreements.

Requirements

  • Similar role or relevant golf industry knowledge
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Able to work calmly under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
