Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a skilled and motivated First Assistant Greenkeeper to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our world-class golf courses.
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey

About Us:
Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and world-class golf facilities. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment offers an unparalleled golfing experience amidst stunning surroundings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Greenkeeper in planning, organizing, and overseeing the maintenance of golf course grounds, including turfgrass care, irrigation, and landscaping.
- Carry out all usual Greenkeeping tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of greenkeeping staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management for maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Monitor turf health and pest control programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices in turfgrass management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in golf course maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of turfgrass care and maintenance practices, including irrigation systems and pest control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in greenkeeping or turfgrass management preferred.
