We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher toshare responsibility for our Reception class. You will help children developconfidence, independence and a love of learning, working closely with the otherclass teacher and the EYFS team to provide consistent teaching and carethroughout the week.
- Plan engaging learning acrossthe seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), combiningpurposeful play, continuous provision and adult-led teaching.
- Develop communication andlanguage, early literacy, systematic synthetic phonics and early mathematics.
- Use observation and assessmentto plan next steps, adapt teaching to individual needs and contribute toReception statutory assessments.
- Build warm relationships,positive routines and strong partnerships with parents and carers.
