Sales Advisor | Penrith, Cumbria | £28,000–£32,000 basic + realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000 | Thursday– Monday, 10am–5pm

This role runs Thursday to Monday, which means quieter weekday mornings, appointments you can actually get, and time off when everywhere isn't heaving. If that pattern suits how you want to live, this is a brilliant fit — and the earning potential makes it well worth it.
You'll be joining a well-established new homes builder in North Cumbria, as the face of the brand on site and the link between the business and its buyers. You'll guide people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives, from first enquiry all the way to moving-in day.
And the money is genuinely good. A solid basic of up to £32,000, plus a realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000 — not a pie-in-the-sky figure, but real, achievable earnings through commission and bonuses. For the right person, this is a role where you can comfortably double your basic.
The Role
You'll own the customer journey from start to finish and make sure every buyer feels looked after at each step.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion
- Manage the full sales process, including reservations, exchanges and handovers
- Work confidently across single- and double-manned sites
- Provide occasional cover in Workington when needed, with training and meetings in Lancaster (roughly once a month)
You'll Flourish if You Have
- Previous new homes sales experience (or other previous sales or customer service experience)
- The confidence to work both on your own and as part of a team
- A genuine problem-solving streak — you'll go the extra mile to find the right answer
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
