The role
You will provide visible leadership across all five services, supporting staff teams, maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Support Team Leaders and staff teams across five residential services.
- Ensure services meet CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company expectations.
- Oversee audits, health and safety, infection control and quality assurance.
- Support recruitment, assessments, transitions and professional meetings.
- Complete monthly reports and contribute to service improvement.

About The Role
Essential requirements
- Registered Manager experience, preferably within learning disabilities and autism.
- NVQ Level 5, or equivalent, in Health and Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
- Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach, including on-call duties and further training.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to complete the CQC Registered Manager application process after probation.

- Registered Manager experience
