Foxford School is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Student Support Facilitator. In this role, you will provide academic and pastoral support to specific students or groups of students within the school, some of whom will have Special Educational Needs. You will specialise in behaviour support to enable our students to achieve their best, as well as covering for lessons when teachers are absent.
You should already have experience of working with children and have an understanding of how to motivate students to learn. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
