Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Export Shipping Co-ordinator to work in our clients Freight office. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be part of a small team, responsible for accurately documenting and despatching goods from our clients distribution site in Whetstone, Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotations from shipping companies to pass on to the Export Sales team
- Update online information for Export bookings
- Supply shipment details for Ex works customers prior to collection
- Obtain shipping details for CIF customers
- Daily liaison with the Export Sales team to ensure all relevant information on shipments is exchanged
- Liaise with various internal departments and hauliers
- Complete customer despatch paperwork accurately to ensure correct customer billing
- Record daily despatch updates and forward to the Export Sales team
- Maintain records of collections as POC
- Ensure pick lists are scanned onto the system for information purposes
- Record all shipments and proof of export as required by HMRC
- Various other ad-hoc admin duties
