Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Junior Personal Assistant to work for our well established client based in the City Centre of Leicester. As a Directors Personal Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to Directors and senior managers
  • Manage Directors’ diaries, emails, post, and calls—screening, responding, or redirecting as appropriate
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for Directors and senior managers
  • Approve annual leave requests and update diaries accordingly
  • Organise and minute monthly Board meetings and other key meetings, including preparation and distribution of paperwork
  • Arrange catering for Directors, guests, and meetings
  • Maintain and renew company insurance policies (e.g., EL, PI, D&O), healthcare benefits, and death-in-service cover
  • Manage company leases and liaise with landlords and management companies
