Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in the City Centre of Leicester. We are recruiting for a permanent member of staff to work for our client who is a Will and Estate Planning business based in the heart of Leicester.
Responsibilities
- Instruct and advise clients
- Identify potential threats to the clients estates
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure you have carried out all of the clients final wishes
Requirements / Qualifications
- Customer Service experience on phones is essential
- 2 weeks of intense training will be given
