Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to work for our client in Whetstone on a 2pm-10pm shift Monday-Friday.
As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Manage a number of phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc)
- Maintain accurate data and update a number of excel spreadsheets to capture KPIs and UPH figures for the Department.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
- Raise and record all supplier debit/credit notes, compliance fines and storage charges
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good level of interpersonal skills
- Good planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to make decisions
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
- High Level of honesty and integrity
- Ability to change hours at short notice to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner
