Join the Foxes Club Team! Inspire, Develop, Lead – That’s What We Do.
Foxes Club is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Sports Programme Manager to take full ownership of one of our regions. This is not a middle management role. It is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility and the chance to build something meaningful.
About Us
We are one of London’s leading children’s sports organisations, delivering high-quality sessions across more than 30 venues and coaching thousands of children every week. Our programmes include term-time classes, school partnerships and holiday camps across multiple sports. Our Football Academy holds 3 Star FA Accreditation, the highest recognition awarded to grassroots clubs, and as a Nike partnered programme, competes against elite clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea and QPR. Our mission is simple: deliver outstanding sport in a safe, supportive environment and help young people thrive.
Salary, Earnings and Growth
£35,000 to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus performance-based bonus linked to retention, capacity utilisation, coach stability and regional growth. Bonus is linked to measurable outcomes, including retention, venue capacity utilisation, coach stability and regional revenue growth.
You will receive:
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential
- 28 days leave entitlement
- Flexible working arrangements as you progress in the role
- Free breakfast and complimentary snacks, tea and coffee
- A full technology package including Apple Mac, company iPhone and necessary equipment
- Nike kit
- Newly refurbished West London office with free on-site parking
- Free access to our programmes for your family and friends
- Exclusive access to Premier League and international football matches and events
- The opportunity to join a high-growth business with serious long-term potential
The Opportunity
Each Programme Manager leads their own geographical region, operating as a mini business unit within Foxes Club. You will have full operational ownership of coaches, venues, standards and performance within a clearly defined structure.
You will:
- Lead and develop your coaching team, setting the tone for culture and standards
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across your region
- Own scheduling and operational delivery across your venues
- Manage equipment, logistics and on the ground organisation
- Drive growth within your region through retention, capacity optimisation and smart operational decision making
- Take accountability for agreed performance targets, including revenue growth, retention and capacity utilisation
- Maintain a strong on-field presence, delivering and overseeing sessions in line with the club curriculum to ensure quality never drops
- Own the customer experience within your region, managing all parent communication and resolving queries and complaints to the highest standard
- Ensure all coaches within your region remain compliant with safeguarding and DBS requirements
You will divide your time between our Park Royal office and your programme venues. This is a hands-on leadership role. This role requires regular weekend presence, particularly on Saturdays, as you will oversee and support live programme delivery. You will be accountable for the performance, standards and growth of your region.
What We Are Looking For
- A natural leader who thrives with ownership and accountability
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail
- The confidence to make decisions and manage your workload independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the drive to grow a region
- Experience in sports management, coaching or business development
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
- Most importantly, we want someone ambitious, proactive and aligned with our values. No corporate jargon. Just high standards, hard work and real impact.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
