The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Assistant, the right hand to co-founder Alex, and a core part of our Growth Lab. This role is for someone who loves building things from zero: turning ideas into landing pages, offers, ads, and real-world tests. You'll help us build and test new brands, develop offers, create high-converting pages, organize creatives, and connect the dots between ads, email, and brand teams. You'll work closely with Alex on everything from early-stage brand experiments to scaling winning ideas. This is a fast-moving, high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn how modern DTC brands are built - from idea to revenue. We need someone who comes in ready to build, learn fast, and deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Build and test new brand ideas from scratch: landing pages, offers, positioning, and messaging
  • Create and iterate landing pages using AI tools, no-code builders, and vibe coding platforms (Lovable AI, etc.)
  • Write and refine copy for ads, offers, and landing pages with AI support
  • Organize images, creatives, hooks, angles, and ad assets for testing
  • Work closely with video editors on scripts, selling points, creative direction, and asset organization
  • Support the ads team with research, creative ideas, testing insights, and performance analysis
  • Help align offers between brand managers, email marketing, and ads teams
  • Prepare reports, insights, and idea pipelines for growth experiments
  • Research tools, trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Be Alex's right hand: learn fast, find solutions, build systems, and figure things out

The Recruitment Process

Fixed Service Fee €1,000 - €1500 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience. Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

Eligibility & Location Requirements

This role is 100% remote. Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported. For full-time roles, we ask that you're available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn't apply to part-time roles.)
