THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative assistant to support the Brand Manager in running and growing our subscription brand. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with structure. You’ll help prepare monthly craft projects, create photos and videos, coordinate suppliers, organize timelines, and turn ideas into reality.
You won’t just execute tasks - you’ll actively think about how to make the brand more interesting, engaging, and joyful for customers. You’ll be the Brand Manager’s right hand in both creative and operational work.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Product Support
- Prepare and test monthly craft projects by making them yourself
- Create simple photos and short videos of the crafts for internal use, marketing, and customer communication
- Help improve how crafts are presented and experienced by customers
- Execution & Organization
- Turn ideas into clear plans: tasks, timelines, and priorities
- Track progress, deadlines, and dependencies, and flag risks or delays early
- Keep product data, timelines, and documents accurate and organized
- Supplier & Operations Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers regarding prices, orders, and deadlines
- Track quantities and delivery schedules
- Help ensure everything arrives on time and correctly
- Customer Feedback & Improvement
- Collect and summarize customer feedback and reviews
- Share key insights with the Brand Manager
- Suggest ideas to make the brand more interesting and valuable
- Team Support
- Help the Brand Manager with whatever is needed to move projects forward
- Support customer service by providing correct product and process information
- Maintain and update internal documentation, guidelines, and instructions
Skills & Experience
- Highly organized and enjoys structure, clarity, and well-run systems
- Loves crafts and hands-on creative work
- Comfortable taking photos and videos (or eager to learn)
- Naturally thinks about how to make a brand more engaging and fun
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator and reliable team player
- Able to balance creative tasks with organizational work
- Experience with crafting, content creation, or product coordination is a plus
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

FIXED SERVICE FEE
€750 - €800 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience. Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
This role is 100% remote. Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.) Currently, we are hiring in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Georgia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Malta, Slovenia, Serbia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.
