THE ROLE
We’re looking for an AI Content Creator to create fast, high-impact performance creatives for our paid channels. If you can blend AI tools, video editing, and UGC-style visuals into ads that actually convert, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll partner with our creative strategist and media buyers to turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos and images that scale. This role is for someone who moves fast, experiments often, and loves using AI to push creative performance to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-converting AI-generated video ads for Meta and other paid channels.
- Produce AI-generated UGC-style images and visuals to support ad creatives (hooks, testimonials, product shots, lifestyle assets).
- Leverage AI Tools (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce videos that drive potential customers to buy.
- Collaborate with our creative strategist and media buying team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and needs to scale on paid traffic.
- Monitor Video Performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content.
- Deliver High-Quality Videos on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in all projects.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience specifically in creating video ads with demonstrated success, including high conversion rates (CR) from past campaigns.
- Experience with platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or similar is essential.
- Proven experience in creating AI-generated video content, preferably for Meta or similar performance-driven advertising platforms.
- Strong experience using AI tools for video creation and editing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Creativity in developing compelling content ideas that drive conversions and resonate with the target audience.
- Solid understanding of key media buying and ad performance metrics, such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and especially CR.
- A portfolio of past AI-generated video ad content is required for consideration.
- Experience creating sales or lead-generation-oriented content.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles.

FIXED SERVICE FEE €1,000 - €1,500 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience. Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
This role is 100% remote. Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported. For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.) Currently, we are hiring in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Georgia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Malta, Slovenia, Serbia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.
