We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. Our Support Workers support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

Relevant experience is desirable but not essential and applications are welcomed from individuals with transferable skills along with the ability to work flexibly on a shift rota basis. You will need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.

Job Role: We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. The Service: Neave Crescent, a Registered Care Home and respite service is home to 10 customers. The service endorses a homely atmosphere for customers who have severe learning and physical disabilities and require support with all aspects of their daily living. The service offers good public transport links and is close to local amenities and shops.

Important Information: This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure. We strongly recommend you are vaccinated against Covid-19. Right to work documentation will need to be provided. Certificate of sponsorship is unavailable at this time (Skilled worker route).
