Job Role
We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team on NIGHTS. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.
Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care\’s policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
The Service
Autumn Cottage is a 7 bed service supported living service for people with learning disabilities. The service endorses a homely atmosphere for residents who have severe learning and physical disabilities. The house isರ್ಜ beautifully decorated to an excellent standard and residents make use of the lounge, quiet room and garden. The service is located beside the sea and opposite a nature reserve, which provides a picturesque environment for everyone around. There is also ample room for parking.
