Job Role:
You should demonstrate an understanding of the home environment for residents and engage with them sensitively and with dignity. The role involves routine scheduled cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided to applicants with transferable skills.
The Service:
St George\’s Nursing Home in Witham provides residential and nursing care, specialising in high dependency, intermediate, and long-term palliative and end-of-life care. Our philosophy is to offer residents a relaxed and comfortable home, prioritising their nursing care needs, well-being, and choices. We focus on respecting residents\’ dignity, individuality, and privacy within a warm, safe, and caring environment.
