About the Role

Working closely with theHeadteacher, the Deputy Headteacher will make a significant contribution to thestrategic leadership and continued development of Foxbridge Primary School. Thisis a role with genuine scope to grow: the successful candidate will help shapethe school's next chapter, develop their leadership across a broad range ofresponsibilities and make a visible impact on children, colleagues and thewider community. They will model excellent classroom practice, support andchallenge colleagues and help translate the school's vision into consistentlystrong provision for every pupil.

For the right person, the rolealso offers the opportunity to develop expertise and take whole-schoolleadership responsibility for special educational needs and disabilities. Applicantsdo not need to be an existing SENDCo or already hold the SENDCo qualification.Where appropriate, the school and Partnership will provide the support,professional learning and time needed to complete the relevant statutoryqualification and grow confidently into this area of leadership.
