Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care and daily living support in line with individual care plans
  • Support medication administration following CQC guidelines
  • Assist with mobility and use of moving & handling equipment
  • Prepare meals to meet nutritional, cultural, and personal preferences
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and social engagement
  • Maintain a safe and respectful home environment
  • Complete accurate care records using Foxbridge\’s electronic systems
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
  • Adhere to Foxbridge Healthcare Solutions\’ policies, procedures, and CQC standards
