What You’ll Do

  • Manage Enquiries: Be the helpful voice of our brand, handling client queries via phone and email.
  • Track & Coordinate: Work closely with our portfolio of international agents and our LHR warehouse team to ensure shipments reach their destination on time.
  • Solve Problems: Proactively resolve delivery issues to keep our customers informed and happy.
  • Build Business: If you’re interested in progression into Sales & Business Development – with no pressure or targets! – then we’d love to talk.
