Position: Part Time Sales Advisor – 8 hour permanent contract at our Fox Valley store.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
- Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
- Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
- Provide first-point resolution for customer issues or feedback, actively seeking solutions for the customer.
- Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
- Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, and utilize product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Maintain a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards.
