Fox Resourcing & Recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Care Administrator to support a busy warehouse and logistics operation. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, processing orders from receipt through to dispatch and working closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Your duties will include:
- Processing customer orders using the warehouse management system
- Monitoring emails and responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Creating delivery labels and goods received documentation
- Keeping dispatch and loading information up to date
- Liaising with customers regarding stock shortages and allocations
- Working closely with warehouse supervisors to resolve order issues
- Processing returns and investigating discrepancies
- Preparing accurate invoicing information
- Handling complaints professionally and following issues through to resolution
- Building strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous administration or customer service experience within warehousing, distribution or logistics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, team-focused approach
