Read more >>>> ## Production Operatives – Days & Nights Kettering, NN14 | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Fox Resourcing is recruiting reliable, hardworking **Production Operatives** to join a busy indoor plastics recycling facility in Kettering. You’ll support the day-to-day recycling operation, help keep materials moving through the plant and maintain a safe, organised working environment. Shifts & Pay - **Days:** 06:00–18:00 — **£12.71 per hour** - **Nights:** 19:00–05:00 — **£13.71 per hour** What’s on Offer? - TRANSPORT - Free to and from our office to work daily - Full training provided - Long-term work - Opportunities to move into a permanent position Your Responsibilities - Operate baling equipment safely, following training and site procedures - Move and empty stillages from designated areas - Transfer waste materials to the correct processing areas - Assist with sorting and handling recyclable plastics - Complete daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues - Monitor sorting lines and report potential hazards or blockages - Assist with clearing blockages only where trained and authorised - Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised - Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules What We’re Looking For - A reliable, punctual and flexible approach - A willingness to learn and work as part of a team - A strong commitment to safe working practices Interested?
