Fox Resourcing is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer in the Peterborough area. £12.71 per hour, 37.5 hours per week (9am - 5pm).
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team covering Peterborough! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in recruitment.
The Role
- Making cold calls from our internal database and various job boards to attract candidates
- Headhunting candidates for permanent job opportunities
- Carrying out candidate specification calls
- Contacting new and existing clients via phone and email
- Building strong relationships with both candidates and customers
What we are looking for
- Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial (but not essential)
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls
- Organised and able to manage your workload
