Production Operatives – Days & Nights

Kettering, NN14 | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities

Fox Resourcing is recruiting reliable, hardworking **Production Operatives** to join a busy indoor plastics recycling facility in Kettering.

You’ll support the day-to-day recycling operation, help keep materials moving through the plant and maintain a safe, organised working environment.

Shifts & Pay

• **Days:** 06:00–18:00 — **£12.71 per hour**
• **Nights:** 19:00–05:00 — **£13.71 per hour**

Your Responsibilities

• Operate baling equipment safely, following training and site procedures
• Move and empty stillages from designated areas
• Transfer waste materials to the correct processing areas
• Assist with sorting and handling recyclable plastics
• Complete daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
• Monitor sorting lines and report potential hazards or blockages
• Assist with clearing blockages only where trained and authorised
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules
