About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Driving Resourcer to join our growing team based in Kettering. This role is focused on sourcing, attracting, and engaging professional drivers across the UK to meet ongoing client demand. You will play a key part in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing suitable drivers nationwide using job boards, databases, social media, and referrals
- Screening and registering drivers, ensuring compliance with recruitment standards
- Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure retention and availability
