Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities: – Assist in technical engineering support as directed by the Technical & Production Managers – Analyze statistical process control data using Minitab software to drive performance improvements – Monitor and optimize product processing routes and associated equipment – Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production activities – Generate engineering concepts, including Engineering Change Control – Ensure compliance with AS9100 QA system and company quality control standards – Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency – Create and interpret 3D CAD drawings for engineering projects – Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance reliability – Maintain accurate documentation and process records Skills & Experience Required: – Expertise in process design and process engineering – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – Experience in statistical process control and data analysis – Familiarity with ceramics industry processes (preferred) – Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team – Knowledge of AS9100 QA system and quality control principles – Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and engineering documentation Join a team that values innovation, efficiency and technical excellence!
