Fox Resourcing are looking for class 1 drivers for our client based in Stoke-on-Trent on either an ongoing or ADHOC basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning Routes: Collaborating with transport managers to plan delivery schedules and routes.
  • Loading and Unloading: Supervising or assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are safely secured.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Performing basic checks, such as oil, tyre, and brake inspections.
  • Paperwork: Completing delivery documentation and maintaining accurate logbooks.
  • Adaptability: Adjusting routes based on traffic reports or unforeseen circumstances.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Driving Licence: A valid HGV Class 1 licence and Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
