We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Bakery Assistant to join a busy production team in Market Harborough. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow procedures, and thrives in a fast-paced food-production environment.
AM and PM shift available, with immediate starts.
What you'll be doing Assisting with daily bakery production
Preparing, weighing, mixing and handling ingredients
Loading and unloading trays, racks and ovens
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Keeping work areas clean and following food hygiene standards
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
What we're looking for Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a warm production environment
Previous bakery or food-production experience is helpful but not essential
Shifts & Pay Various shifts available (days or afternoons depending on department)
