We are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join our growing production team in Wellingborough. You will play an important role in preparing, processing, packing, and maintaining high-quality food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions well, and can maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating food production machinery and equipment
- Preparing ingredients and assembling food products
- Packing and labelling finished products accurately
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area
- Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
- Reporting faults, issues, or shortages to supervisors
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Assisting with stock movement and general warehouse duties when required
