We’re now looking for ambitious individuals to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants / Resourcers, supporting a well-established client base while helping us grow this brand-new location. With 19 years of success in Northamptonshire, we offer the experience, training, and support to help you build a long-term, rewarding career in recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing (Full Training Provided)
- Source and attract candidates using leading recruitment tools and techniques
- Headhunt and identify top talent for live roles
- Match candidate skills with client requirements
- Conduct telephone interviews and shortlist candidates
- Support Senior Recruiters with live vacancies
- Ensure compliance (right to work checks & documentation)
Main day to day duties to include:
- Onsite checking in
- Staff relationship building
- Working closely with our clients - making sure staff are on site, staff inductions, customer liaison
Working hours can vary but one of our main focuses is to be on site daily Monday to Friday = 5.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday Standard office day = 8.30am to 5pm on non check-in days.

About You
- Driven by success and motivated by earning commission
- Confident and ambitious with a positive mindset
- Experienced in telesales, B2B sales, or face-to-face roles (preferred)
- Commercially aware and eager to learn
- Strong communicator with good written skills
- Comfortable using social media and online tools
- A natural problem solver with attention to detail
Additional Info
- Occasional weekend work (1 in 3 Saturdays)
- Mixture of on-site PE1 PE2 / PE3 and office-based work (Peterborough & Kettering HQ)
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
