Our Client is looking for professional Class 2 drivers to join its established transport team. You will carry out store pallet work and multi-drops, supported by a safety-focused and well-organised operation. Located in Wyboston.

Ongoing work | AM Monday to Friday shifts available | LTD Accepted

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Class 2 (Cat C) vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries and collections.
  • Carry out vehicle checks (pre-use, post-use, defect reporting) in line with DVSA standards.
  • Load and unload goods safely using tail lifts, pump trucks, or site equipment.
  • Follow delivery routes and schedules, ensuring on-time performance.
  • Complete paperwork such as delivery notes, PODs, and tachograph records accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with UK Road Transport, Working Time Directive, and Drivers Hours rules.
  • Communicate with transport teams, reporting delays, issues, or route changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service at delivery points, representing the company professionally.
  • Keep the cab and vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid Category C (Class 2) licence.
  • Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Good understanding of Drivers Hours, WTD, and road safety.
  • Ability to handle manual tasks when loading/unloading.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience in multi-drop, palletised, or general haulage environments (preferred but not always essential).
