The Fitness Specialist Role Includes:

  • Patient continuity: Prescribing exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.
  • Support system: FOX provides significant support through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.

Requirements:

  • Routine travel to patient residences and between senior living communities.
  • CPR Certification.

In Massachusetts, the pay range for this role is $21.50 - $26.00/hour with potential for more.
