Conveyancing Solicitor We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with approximately 5 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our busy property department.

The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining excellent client care standards.

You will play a key role within the team, supporting junior staff where appropriate, contributing to departmental growth, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations.

Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters—including: Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership matters (if applicable).

Handle files from instruction through to post‑completion independently.

Conduct all necessary legal due diligence, including title checks and searches.
