Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of cloud solutions projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Establish and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
- Cloud Solutions & Architecture
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Work with cloud architects and engineers to define best practices for cloud adoption.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored cloud solutions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and reporting.
- Handle escalations and drive resolution of critical project issues.
- Manage a team of cloud engineers, architects, and project managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Process Improvement & Innovation

- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Skills
Cloud Expertise : Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
Infrastructure & Dev Ops : Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
Security & Compliance : Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, identity & access management, and compliance standards.
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least
7 years in cloud project management .
- Proven ability to lead large-scale cloud transformation projects .
- Strong understanding of
Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops methodologies .
- Experience in budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation .
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities .
- Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect).
